Folder and file names and their sizes. That is the catalog. The scan runs in your browser; file contents are never read or uploaded — no footage, no documents, no thumbnails.
What the QR sticker contains
A random code. No drive name, no team name, no file list. Scanned by someone outside your team it leads to a PIN screen and nothing else.
How the team PIN is protected
- Read-only by design: it can browse and search, never change anything.
- Wrong attempts are rate-limited per team, per 15 minutes and per day.
- Changing the PIN logs out every phone that used the old one.
Accounts and roles
People who add and organise drives have their own accounts with email verification. Owners and admins control the team, the PIN and billing; editors manage drives; viewers can only look.
Where data lives
The catalog is stored on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record — we never see card numbers.
Your data, your exit
Export every drive, folder and file to CSV at any time, on every plan. Ask us and we delete your account and catalog.

What a stolen or lost drive reveals
Only what was already on the drive. The sticker adds a random code that is useless without your PIN or an account, and it can be deactivated: move the drive to Trash in the catalog and its sticker stops resolving.
Scan one drive and see exactly what is stored
Everything the app knows about a drive is visible to you in its catalog. Nothing else leaves the drive.
